1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bunos365 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bunos365 Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

bunos365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the bunos365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bunos365 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

bunos365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on bunos365, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one bunos365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bunos365 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, and all balances (including winnings) may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bunos365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. bunos365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bunos365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): bunos365 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bunos365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). bunos365 supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to approved banks

bunos365 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the bunos365 Platform.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your bunos365 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. bunos365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. bunos365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: bunos365 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Any suspicious transaction activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. bunos365 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bunos365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bunos365 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion;
• bunos365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended;
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms.

bunos365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system or violated these Terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bunos365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bunos365 staff;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bunos365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of bunos365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bunos365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bunos365 Platform without the prior written consent of bunos365.

The bunos365 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bunos365. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any bunos365 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bunos365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that bunos365 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.

bunos365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bunos365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bunos365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

9 Responsible Gaming

bunos365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bunos365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bunos365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon termination of your account for cause, bunos365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, any real-money balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your bunos365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bunos365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bunos365 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bunos365 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and bunos365 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bunos365 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bunos365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bunos365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bunos365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bunos365 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
